Panna Cotta Powder

Suggested Preparation Method:
Ratio of panna cotta powder to water: 1 : 6–8

1. Measure 100 g of panna cotta powder.

2. Add 600–800 c.c. of hot water.

3. Bring to a boil for 1–2 minutes while stirring until fully dissolved.

4. Pour into molds and let cool.

5. Refrigerate until set.
